Good Faith Estimates
Patients have the right to receive an estimate of anticipated facility charges for scheduled non-emergency healthcare services.
For scheduled procedures, Surgery Center of Durbin can provide an estimate of expected facility charges upon request. Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared and may not reflect actual charges incurred during treatment.
Uninsured or self-pay patients may also be entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate under federal law.
